Which MYLE Device Do You Have?
The V4 is the older, compact body with a standard coil pod. If your device has been around a while and uses single pods, that's likely what you're holding. The V5, also sold as the Meta, is the redesigned version with mesh coil technology, a Type-C charging port and smoother flavour delivery. Pods aren't interchangeable between the two, so double-check your device before ordering.
How Long Does a MYLE Pod Last?
As a rough guide, a V4 pod (200–240 puffs) lasts a light-to-moderate user about a day and a half to two days. A V5 pod, thanks to its mesh coil and higher puff count, can last several days at the same usage. Heavier users will get through either faster, and puff counts are estimates, not guarantees.
Choosing Your Nicotine Strength
20mg (2%) suits people who vape socially or are stepping down from a higher strength. It's smoother with a milder throat hit.
50mg (5%) delivers a stronger, faster nicotine hit and suits people used to higher-strength products.

How to Verify Your MYLE Is Genuine
Counterfeit MYLE packs exist, and some look convincing. MYLE puts an authentication code on genuine packs, so you don't have to rely on guesswork.
- Find the tab. Look for the peel-off tab on the side of the pack.
- Peel it back. Underneath you'll find a holographic QR code and a 16-digit authenticity number.
- Verify it online. Scan the QR code, or go to ac.mylevape.com and enter the 16-digit number. Press submit.
- Check the result. A genuine pack verifies on MYLE's system. If the code fails, or the pack has no tab or code at all, don't use it. MYLE itself advises against assuming a pack is authentic if it has no anti-counterfeit label.
- Check the packaging too. The factory seal should be intact with no gaps or glue marks, the print should be sharp and consistent (faded or blurry logos are a common counterfeit sign), and the health-warning labelling you'd expect on a nicotine product should be present.

Refilling Empty V5 Pods
Pre-filled MYLE pods are sealed and aren't designed to be refilled. Our empty refillable V5 pods are made for it:
- Remove the pod from the device and lift the plug or top cap gently.
- Fill the chamber slowly with your e-liquid, leaving a small gap at the top so it doesn't overflow.
- Press the plug or cap back in firmly.
- Let the pod sit for a few minutes so the cotton soaks up the liquid before you use it.
Don't overfill, and wipe away any spilled liquid before attaching the pod.
