Vapelom sells vaping and smoking products. Because of health, hygiene, and safety requirements, returns and refunds follow the rules below.

Items You Cannot Return

Once opened, used, or unsealed, these items stay final sale:

  • Opened or used products
  • E-liquids, pods, and disposables
  • Anything with a broken seal
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Received something broken, damaged in transit, or incorrect? Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the problem
  • A short description of what’s wrong

After review, Vapelom offers a replacement where stock allows, or β€” in select cases β€” store credit or a refund.

When a Return Qualifies

A product can go back only if:

  • It’s still sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You reach out within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer support signs off on it

Customers cover return shipping unless the mistake was Vapelom’s.

Getting Your Money Back

Approved returns are refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit, based on the case.
